2-Day Intro to Ganached Wedding Cakes Sharp Edge Techniques

A two day fondant class featuring Australian ganached cake techniques. You will learn to prep and ganache two tiers of cake and techniques for created paper thin layers of fondant with crisp edges and flawless surfaces. You will learn to give the cakes a highly pearlized "satin" finish, damask stenciling, gum paste hydrangeas and a beautiful fondant covered and ribbon wrapped serving board. Covered also are ganache and mud cake making demonstrations. Suitable for all levels. Lunch and refreshments are included in this class.
