3-Day Intro to Ganached Wedding Cakes Sharp Edge Techniques
A three day fondant class featuring Australian ganached cake techniques. You will learn to prep and ganache two tiers of cake and techniques for created paper thin layers of fondant with crisp edges and flawless surfaces. We'll also create large feature flowers in gum paste, give the cakes a highly pearlized "satin" finish, damask stenciling and a beautiful fondant covered and ribbon wrapped serving board. Suitable for all levels. Lunch and refreshments are included in this class.
