Shipping Policy
All shipments are made via US Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail. We pack and ship on a daily basis so you can receive your order as quickly as possible. Expected shipping time for domestic shipments is 2-5 days from the ship date. International shipments can take two to six weeks, but shipment times vary greatly and cannot be guaranteed. Buyers are responsible for import duties and fees.
Return Policy
All sales are final. DVD's are not returnable, exchangeable for another product or service nor refundable at any time or for any reason. Defective discs will be replaced if they are returned to us.
All DVD's are individually inspected and packed with care. In the rare event your disc is damaged in transit, we will replace it once returned to us. Please note, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of damaged or defective merchandise via email at info@bakingarts.net to authorize the return of the disc. After that time, no replacements will be made.

Baking Arts will not share your personal information with any third party. Other than email directly related to your order, Baking Arts will not add your name to our mailing list without your express permission.
